Quotation
To create a quotation in KNETTECH POS, go to the "Quotation" section. Start by searching for items and adding them to the cart. If an item is not in inventory, you can still add it by clicking on "Custom Item." Enter the item's name, description (if available), unit, sales tax value, quantity, rate, and any discount (if applicable), then save it to the cart.
If you need to change the rate or update any other details in the cart, simply click on the item in the cart. In the details section, you can also select the customer information, set the date, add remarks, and make any additional adjustments. Once everything is in place, click "Save" to generate the quotation. A printable quotation window will pop up, allowing you to finalize and share the document.
